About Us:
The Great Vape Shop has been established on Bucky do square for more than 3 years. We are the go too destination locally for everything vape I.e Salt Nic, e-liquids, pod systems, vape kits, coils, and CBD products. We pride ourselves on expert advice, top quality products, and a friendly welcoming experience for every customer.
Role Overview:
As a vape shop assistant , you’ll be the friendly face of our shop, working Alone and helping customers find the perfect products, offering expert guidance on devices, e-liquids, and vaping solutions, and ensuring everyone leaves with an exceptional experience.
We go above and beyond to supply excellent customer service with enthusiasm and friendliness.
Again full training given
Key Responsibilities:
KEY HOLDING
opening and closing the shop
- Provide knowledgeable advice on vape kits, pods, e-liquids, and accessories
- Assist customers with device setup and troubleshooting
. Receiving stock deliveries
- Maintain product displays and stock levels
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with new products and vaping trends
. Money handling and end of day totalling
Skills & Qualities:
- Passion and enthusiasm for helping customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Retail experience is a bonus but not essential – full training will be provided
