Skills/Qualifications
You will need to have:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2/3 Qualification
- Passionate and motivated to make a difference
- Strong team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exemplary understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of SEND advantageous
- Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, both indoors and outdoors;
- Deliver inspirational practice;
Lead by example and be willing to learn new skills;
- Be a strong team player;
- Work in partnership with parents, families and other professionals.
