About the Role
As a Product Support Advisor, you will be the product expert for the Chery range, helping customers understand and enjoy the latest vehicle technology, features, and connected services. You'll support both the sales and aftersales teams, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience and receives outstanding ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate infotainment systems, driver assistance features, charging (where applicable), and connected services.
- Ensuring the site and customer facing areas are presentable, and all product is displayed correctly, to confirm both our business and vehicle manufacturer standards.
- Provide customers with follow-up support after delivery, answering questions and resolving product-related queries.
- Assist the sales team with vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
- Deliver engaging vehicle handovers, ensuring customers understand all key features and technology.

- Stay fully up to date with the Chery model range, technology, and product updates.
- Support customer events, vehicle launches, and promotional activities.
- Help customer’s pair mobile devices, set up connected apps, and personalise vehicle settings.
- Liaise with manufacturer support where required to resolve technical or product-related issues.
- Gather customer feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the ownership experience.
- Completing follow up calls for aftersales customers after their recent experience with the business and communicating feeding back any information to the appropriate team.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in line with dealership and manufacturer expectations.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys explaining technology in a simple and engaging way.
- Is enthusiastic about the automotive industry and emerging vehicle technologies.
- Is confident working with smartphones, apps, and digital systems.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple customer appointments.
- Delivers exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
Experience in automotive retail is desirable but not essential. Full manufacturer training will be provided.
