Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Critical and Creative Thinking Lecturer to inspire students to develop essential skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and innovative thinking. In this role, you will design engaging curricula, facilitate dynamic classroom discussions, and foster an environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and analytical reasoning. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive course materials that promote critical analysis and creative problem-solving techniques.
- Deliver engaging lectures and interactive workshops that stimulate active participation and deep understanding.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
- Foster a collaborative classroom environment that encourages open communication, diverse perspectives, and innovative thinking.
- Integrate modern IT tools and digital resources to enhance learning experiences and facilitate effective teaching methods.
- Lead initiatives that promote leadership skills among students, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning journey.
- Organize extracurricular activities or seminars that expand students’ critical and creative thinking capabilities beyond the classroom.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching or facilitating critical thinking, creativity, or related cognitive skills at a higher education level.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in utilizing IT tools, educational software, and digital platforms to support innovative teaching strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage curriculum planning, student assessments, and classroom activities efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment that values open dialogue and intellectual exploration.
- A background in teaching or training in critical thinking, creativity, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
