Capitalising on the success of their London flagship hospital, their new site will offer a wide range of medical diagnostic and same-day minimally invasive services, including heart health, lung health, digestive health, ENT, endoscopy, and neurology.

The Role
We are currently looking for a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Registered Nurse to join the team and support the delivery of safe, high-quality outpatient care across a range of specialist services.
Working alongside consultants, multidisciplinary colleagues and the wider outpatient team, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients attending consultations, diagnostic appointments and minor procedures, ensuring every patient receives an excellent experience from arrival through to discharge.
This role would suit an organised and adaptable nurse who enjoys working within a fast-paced outpatient environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care across outpatient clinics and procedures.
- Support the day-to-day running of outpatient services, ensuring efficient patient flow and excellent patient experience.
- Assist consultants during examinations, investigations and minor procedures.
- Undertake post-operative wound assessments, dressings and ongoing wound management.
- Carry out nursing procedures within your scope of practice, competence and training.
- Monitor patients throughout their outpatient journey, identifying concerns and escalating appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical documentation.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations within the outpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective care.
- Support the induction and development of new staff and students.
- Promote patient safety, dignity and wellbeing at all times.
About You
We're keen to hear from enthusiastic Registered Nurses who enjoy delivering high-quality outpatient care and are looking to join an exciting new private hospital.
You'll be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to prioritise a varied workload while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience working within an outpatient environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care.
- Commitment to continuing professional development.
- Experience in wound care and dressings is desirable.
- Competency in venepuncture and peripheral cannulation is desirable.
- Intermediate Life Support (ILS) qualification is desirable.
