We are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias to work with a range of clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing, heating, and drainage installations, including installation, modification, fault finding, and repairs.
Role Responsibilities:

You will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Include maintaining and repairing hot and cold-water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware and drainage, and small installation works

Perform fabric tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition
Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or an equivalent recognised qualification

Experience working in facilities management, commercial or building services environments

Strong plumbing fault‑finding and repair skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑skilled team

SC clearance is a requirement for this role.
