Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment at all times.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to staff as needed to optimise performance.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including attendance, guest satisfaction, and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift progress, issues, and resource requirements.
- Resolve any operational problems promptly to minimise downtime or disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all tasks undertaken during the shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends & weekends.
