Female Self Employed Live-in Care Assistant

Location: Taunton, Mid Devon, Sedgemoor & West Somerset
£750 - £850 per week | Live-in role with paid breaks

This role is ideal for experienced carers or those looking to take the next step into live-in care with full support from our team throughout.
Responsibilities
As a Female Live-in Care Assistant, you'll live with a customer and support them with:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Preparing meals and supporting with medication
- Household tasks (laundry, cleaning, shopping, errands)
- Companionship and social interaction
- Supporting community involvement and hobbies

Note: This is a self-employed role, so you’ll be responsible for your own tax and national insurance. We’ll support you with training and regular placements.
Requirements
- Kind, compassionate, and professional approach
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Be self employed and have a UTR number or willing to obtain one
- Willingness to live in during placements
- Up-to-date care training certificates
(If not current, we can arrange training)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- 3 professional or academic references
- Full Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is NOT available)
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
