ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will deliver a polished front-of-house service, ensuring residents, visitors and contractors are greeted, supported and guided throughout the day. You’ll keep the lobby and common areas running smoothly, respond to queries with speed and care, and coordinate building activity with a calm, solution-focused approach.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Residents feel known by name and supported, with swift, friendly responses to every request.
- The front desk operates seamlessly, with accurate logs, passes, and deliveries managed without fuss.
- Communal areas are always presentable, safe, and welcoming, with any issues escalated promptly.
- Contractors are coordinated professionally, with access controlled and works tracked.
- Incidents are handled confidently and recorded clearly, following site procedures every time.
- You communicate clearly with the managing team, sharing updates and insights that improve service.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Providing a warm, professional welcome and assisting residents, visitors, and delivery personnel.
- Managing keys, access control, and booking systems in line with site procedures.
- Handling parcels and post, ensuring secure storage and timely notifications.
- Carrying out lobby and amenity checks, reporting defects and following up on actions.
- Coordinating contractors and scheduled works, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring building security and CCTV as required, and responding to alarms or incidents.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Front-of-house or concierge experience in residential, hotel, or corporate environments.
- Experience with access control systems, CCTV monitoring, or key management.
- Confidence managing contractors and coordinating maintenance visits.
- Familiarity with parcel handling, booking systems, and incident reporting.
- Knowledge of health and safety basics and excellent customer care practices.
