Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Qualifications: level 2 and above
- Proven experience as a hair stylist or similar role
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen to clients' needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Knowledge of current trends in hair styling
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
