Maternity Cover Position for 1 year.
The ideal candidate will have previous document control experience and be proficient in the use of document management platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Project+, Viewpoint, Procore, and SharePoint.
Full time or Part Time
- Supporting the project coordinator team
- Supporting the project managers with administrative duties
- Issuing site instructions to the operations team
- Saving instructions to an internal excel tracker
- Booking operative inductions
- Preparing and uploading Friday packs to the client portals
- Attending meetings via Microsoft teams
- Reviewing and breaking down client programs
- Digitising drawings for fitters jobsheets (callidus)
- General administration (filing, photocopying, laminating, scanning, printing)
- Attending Microsoft teams meetings
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
