- Flexibility to work a mixture of day and waking night shifts
- Commitment to promoting independence, wellbeing, and rehabilitation

About the Role
We are recruiting a Female Support Worker to support a young female with complex medical needs, an acquired brain injury, and visual impairments in her family home near Bromley.
You will play an important role in supporting her daily routines, rehabilitation programme, personal care, medication management, appointments, and social activities. Working alongside a wider multidisciplinary team and case management service, you will help her maximise independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily living activities and personal care
- Assisting with rehabilitation programmes and therapy goals
- Administering and monitoring medication as required
- Supporting attendance at appointments and activities
- Encouraging independence and social engagement
- Maintaining accurate records and effective communication with the wider care team
- Providing safe, person-centred support at all times
Shift Pattern
Day Shifts: 6:45am – 7:00pm
Waking Night Shifts: 6:45pm – 7:00am
Current rota includes:
- Week 1: Friday waking night
- Week 2: Friday day, Saturday day, Sunday day
- Week 3: Saturday day, Saturday waking night, Sunday waking night
- Week 4: Thursday day and Friday day
Part-time positions are available.
