The Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality clinical services, including:
- Long-term condition (LTC) clinics
- Wound care and dressings
- General Practice nursing duties
- Health promotion and patient education
- Supporting the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
