We are seeking a passionate and talented Beautician to join our dynamic beauty salon! We’re currently a well established nail salon in the heart of Chester le street and looking to expand our salon into a beauty salon, we currently have this dynamic of salon in a second location.
Our refurbishment will be taking place early autumn, and we’d like someone to be ready to join our team and work from our other location to get used to the dynamic of our salon before permanently taking on the position in Chester le street.
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of beauty treatments including waxing, pedicures, manicures, threading, tinting, eyelashes.
- Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable products and beauty routines
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Educate clients on beauty techniques, product usage, and aftercare to enhance their experience
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to continually improve service quality
Experience
- Prior experience as a beautician or in a related beauty or cosmetology role is preferred.
- Level 2 Beauty Therapist qualification or equivalent .
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments
