ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing service estimates, scheduling appointments, communicating repair recommendations, and providing updates throughout the service process.
The role also involves coordinating with technicians and the Service Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing service documentation, and promoting maintenance services in accordance with Kia standards. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
IS THIS YOU?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
- (Main Dealer, Independent Garage, or similar environment)
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Motivated, organised, and driven to go the extra mile for customers and your team
