Access4Lofts NI is a fast growing business which is totally dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. Fully accredited WHICH? Trusted Trader with excellent customer reviews. We supply and fit loft hatches, ladders, boarding, lighting, shelving and insulation. Due to increased demand for our services we are now looking for a loft installers to join the business.
The work involves:
- Working in occupied properties
- Loading the loft with the materials required for the job, laying boarding, fitting loft ladders, adaptation of hatches and laying insulation (full training will be given)
- Driving van from depot to site and collecting materials from suppliers.
- Keeping workplace and customers home tidy
- Working safely at height, from ladders
- Working within loft spaces
- Providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications required:
Full clean driving licence is essential
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to work safely and efficiently in loft spaces– Fully certified Health and Safety Training will be provided
- Have the ability to work safely at heights at typical ceiling heights- Fully certified Health and Safety Training will be provided
- Basic joinery skills would be advantageous but not essential
- Have excellent time management and excellent customer care skills
- The ability to understand and conform to verbal and written works and safety instructions
- Have the ability to ensure all company Health and Safety rules are adhered to at all times
- Be customer focused, with excellent communication skills.
- Be competent and be able to work on own initiative
- Have a high level of problem solving skills
- Have a positive attitude
- Be very punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Be organised and efficient
- Be prepared to work overtime when required
- Be well presented and have pride in everything they do
Job type: Full Time
Hours – Usual working days are Monday to Thursday with surveys every Friday
We are based in the Banbridge area , but we cover a wider area so travel to jobs will be required
Benefits:
Excellent salary with a gross bonus of £1,000 twice per year. Maximum of three month probationary period with salary starting at £25,000, then rising to £30,000.
