We are looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly, ambitious, and forward-thinking team at Chancery Dental in Corby.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our patient journey, working closely with patients and clinicians to deliver an outstanding experience from consultation through to treatment completion.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional first impression to new patients through complimentary consultations.
- Guide patients through their treatment journey, building trust, rapport, and confidence.
- Present treatment options using visual aids, before-and-after photographs, and patient success stories.
- Support clinicians by coordinating treatment plans, discussing fees and finance options, and managing consent processes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-up communication.
- Help patients overcome concerns and make informed decisions about their dental care.
- Manage your diary effectively and ensure appointments run smoothly and on time.
- Celebrate patient milestones and encourage testimonials and reviews.
- Support practice marketing initiatives and performance tracking.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Someone who is confident building relationships and putting patients at ease.
- GDC registration or previous experience working within a dental practice is essential.
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a team environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and patient care.
