JJ Lee (BATH) Ltd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations. This role requires someone who can keep production running smoothly, maintain high standards, and bring a calm, organised approach to a busy environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Production planning — Build schedules, allocate staff, and keep workflow on track.
- Quality oversight — Carry out checks, maintain standards, and resolve issues quickly.
- Team leadership — Train new starters, coach the team, and support consistent performance.
- Safety compliance — Uphold H&S rules, complete audits, and promote safe working.
- Operational problem‑solving — Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
