As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Project & Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our Harrogate team.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll become the operational hub of the business, supporting engineers, project managers and customers while helping deliver exciting projects across the UK and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Projects Team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects and supporting the wider business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating multiple engineering and energy projects simultaneously
- Maintaining project plans, trackers and documentation
- Organising project meetings and Microsoft Teams calls
- Producing accurate meeting minutes and following up actions
- Scheduling engineers and coordinating subcontractors where required
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitoring our Smart Energy Management Platform and producing client reports
- Managing our Building Energy Management System (BeMS) alarm bureau
- Producing weekly alarm reports and performance dashboards
- Assisting with customer reporting using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting procurement and equipment ordering
- Helping improve internal systems, processes and efficiencies
- Providing general operational and administrative support across the business
About You
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
You'll be confident communicating with customers and colleagues alike and be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and data analysis
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience within engineering, facilities management, construction or energy sectors
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS/BeMS)
- Previous experience supporting project delivery
