Server / Waitstaff – Hospitality Team
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and present menus in a professional and engaging manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including noting dietary requirements and special requests.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and support sales.
- Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and provide receipts/change where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas during shifts.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Follow all food hygiene, safety, and health regulations at all times.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, especially during busy service periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling bills and payments accurately.
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
