We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping to promote their independence, dignity, comfort and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders
- Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each person's needs
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care
- Assist with light domestic tasks to promote a safe and comfortable environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents or clients
- Support with health monitoring and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in care or providing home care is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication
- Basic IT skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
- Driving experience and a valid driving licence are essential for this roles as it involves travelling between locations
- Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues

- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle available for work-related travel.
- Must reside in Doncaster.
