We are a family run independent restaurant in Edinburgh's city centre, we are recruiting a Head Chef to join the team.
We're looking for an individual who can develop our food offering and continue to work with our loyal and committed kitchen team. Working closely with the GM this role will involve heading up the day to day operations of the kitchen and helping to develop the menu.
Excellent service charge of around 10k a year.
We're looking for a candidate, experienced at Head Chef level who can;
- Lead the team in a hands on capacity
- Maintain & enhance food standards across the business
- Ensure excellent standards including compliance with all HACCP responsibilities
- Assist in the development menu
- Work with local and seasonal produce
- Develop and train the kitchen team
- Work to gross profit margins
This role may suite strong Sous chef looking for a first head chef position.
