Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments
- Lead and motivate staff to maintain high standards and hospitality excellence
- Coordinate with human resources to manage staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support event planning and execution as needed to enhance guest experiences
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality is a must have, preferably in a high volume site.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Previous experience is a must, to understand industry standards and guest expectations
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
