Bloom & Care is looking for kind, reliable and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our evening team, supporting people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes across Bedford.

Your Working Hours
We’re currently recruiting for:
- 2, 3 or 4 set evenings per week – 4:00pm–10:00pm
- One full weekend per month OR alternate Saturday and Sunday evenings
- Guaranteed contracted hours so you know exactly when you’re working and can plan your life around your shifts

Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to their own vehicle
- Live in or around Bedford
- Be able to commit to the advertised evening and weekend working pattern
