The iconic 5-star Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our Food & Beverage team. We are seeking a candidate who's dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and who thrive in a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Assist with basic food preparation and support kitchen operations when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and dining areas
- Follow all food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Promote menu items, daily specials, and upsell where appropriate
- Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred, but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and bills
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
