Early Years Practitioner | Wisbech (PE13 3UT)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week across 4 days
Pay: £12.71 – £13.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Are you passionate about supporting young children’s development and making a real difference in their early years? We’re looking for a committed and caring Early Years Practitioner to become part of our welcoming nursery team in Wisbech.

Your Role:
- Create a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children to learn and grow
- Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework and individual needs
- Act as a key person, building strong partnerships with children and their families
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
- Monitor and record children’s development to support future learning
- Work alongside Room Leaders and senior staff to maintain high standards
- Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- A patient, caring nature with strong communication skills
- DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain)

Working hours: عادة shifts include 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00 across 4 days, with some flexibility required.
