What You Will Do
- Take the Lead: Motivate care assistants and run exceptionally smooth, efficient shifts.
- Level Up Your Skills: Administer medications, monitor vitals, and track key health metrics.
- Co-Create Care Plans: Team up with Registered Nurses to design digital, highly personalised care profiles.
- Transform Daily Lives: Drive resident independence through personal care, safe mobility, and meaningful lifestyle activities.
Who You Are
- NMC Registered: You hold a Nurse Associate Foundation Degree and an active NMC PIN.
- Seasoned Pro: You bring at least 2 years of quality care experience in a nursing or residential setting.
- Cool Under Pressure: You are a natural problem-solver who communicates sharply and stays calm when things get busy.
- Dementia Care Savvy: You deeply understand Safeguarding, Dignity, Consent, and specialised care needs.
