As a Paralegal, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one - playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
- You will be assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related real estate or commercial property

Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk

Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards

Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity

Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management

Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential

A genuine interest in developing a career in law, ideally within Real Estate

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with documents and information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable

Law degree (LLB/LLM) or equivalent legal qualification

Previous legal experience (including internships, placements or work experience)

Exposure to or interest in Real Estate / Commercial Property law
