Robin’s Ramen is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the opening team of our new contemporary Japanese ramen restaurant in Kensington Mall.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new opening from the group behind Dorian, one of London’s most acclaimed restaurants. We are looking for someone with polished restaurant experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine love of hospitality to help build the standards, rhythm, and culture of the restaurant from day one.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with and support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will help lead the front-of-house team, maintain high service standards, support training and operations, and ensure every guest receives a brilliant experience.
This role would suit someone who is confident on the floor, calm under pressure, and ready to play a key part in launching and growing a new restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Help lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
- Oversee service flow and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly
- Support with reservations, table planning, and guest enquiries
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development
- Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for each service
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain strong communication
- Support with stock, ordering, cash-up, rotas, and daily reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and operational standards
- Help create a positive, disciplined, and supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Floor Manager
- Experience in a high-quality restaurant environment
- Michelin, Bib Gourmand, or high-end restaurant experience is highly desirable
- A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys developing a team
- Calm, organised, and proactive during busy services
- Strong guest focus and excellent communication skills
- Good commercial awareness and confidence with daily operations
- Interest in Japanese food, ramen, and contemporary hospitality
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Someone excited by the opportunity to be part of a new opening

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
