We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Team Leader to lead Sanctuary Trust’s day-to-day operation of the Drop-In Hub service. The postholder will manage the daily operations of the service across the hub, ensuring the effective delivery of support for service users facing multiple disadvantages. This includes working alongside Denbighshire County Council, police, social services, and other relevant professional agencies. Responsibilities also involve domestic duties, cleaning, preparing rooms for activities and food preparation. The postholder will work within the overall ethos of the Charity to assist service users in reaching their full potential and contribute to the development of the service.
Duties
- Manage the day to day operations of the Hub, ensuring a responsible and consistent standard of service is provided, addressing operational challenges and contributing to the development of the programme.
- Oversee the admission of citizens accessing the hub, assessing their support needs, as well as a warm, clean, and safe environment for all citizens and visitors.
- Facilitate the operation of the hub where people can access support and resources, with a particular focus on individuals who may have complex needs.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hub, including managing domestic duties, preparing refreshments, and maintaining stock and supplies.
- Supervise staff working within the hub, conducting regular supervisions, appraisals, offering guidance, support, and ensuring staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Oversee the management of staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage across the hub, including participation in the on-call service for other Sanctuary Trust services in Wales.
- Represent Sanctuary Trust at meetings with local authorities, health professionals, and partner agencies to ensure coordinated support for service users.
- Attend team meetings as required by the Management and/or the Management Committee.
- Actively engage and build relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies relevant to the work, strategy, and ethos of the unit and hub, ensuring clear and effective communication with these agencies.
- Collect and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data, including outcomes, case studies, customer satisfaction surveys, and produce comprehensive reports.
- Facilitate group work interventions; for example, tenancy ready training, reintegration, harm reduction, and other support services tailored to individuals accessing the hub.
- Implement and maintain best advice techniques to hub users in respect of their individual needs.
- Engage in required training and CPD to stay updated with relevant practices, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement Sanctuary Trust’s company policies and procedures in a conscientious manner.
- Provide support to other Sanctuary Trust projects as the need arises.
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of issues affecting hub users, or staff.
- Implement and actively promote new initiatives in conjunction with the Area Coordinator and senior staff to meet changes within the hub.
- Perform any other appropriate duties as directed by the North Wales Area Coordinator or Senior Management.

Qualifications
- NVQ 2 Training towards NVQ Level 3 Health and social care

Pay: £29,284.00-£30,237.00 per year
