The role will support the Deputy Head of Medical Engineering with the day-to-day running of the EME team. Ensuring standardised working practices in line with our QMS, as well as maintaining and repairing highly complex critical medical devices used within high dependency areas.
The candidate will be driven by a high level of customer service and attention to detail, and will have a broad range of technical knowledge to train and upskill the EME team.
The role will frequently require the post holder to engage with business projects across multiple sites and the adoption of new technologies in line with business requirements.
- Manage routine servicing, calibrations and repairs on a wide range of highly complex medical devices
- Responsibility to deliver the EME service provision across ASPH, ensuring KPI compliance is being met, along with maintaining ISO9001 accreditation
- Providing line management responsibilities within the EME team
- Bring a broad technical understanding and specialism supporting the wider EME team
