Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services to enhance customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers from various backgrounds.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
