Job Description:
Swift Driver Recruitment is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to work with a variety of well‑established transport and logistics clients across South Wales.
We are also recruiting for a Monday to Friday Tramping role across multiple clients, offering competitive pay rates of £15.00–£25.00 per hour.
Location: Newport, Cardiff, Treforest, Monmouthshire & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £15.00 – £25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Agency Work
Shifts: Nights (17:00 – 19:00 starts)

Typical Shift Information
- Start times between 17:00 and 19:00
- Average shift length of 10–12 hours
- Trunking, RDC deliveries, store deliveries and general haulage opportunities available depending on client requirements
- Monday–Friday Tramping roles available across multiple clients
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No IN, TT, DD, DR, CD or Dangerous Driving convictions
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Good understanding of drivers' hours and WTD regulations
