Location: The Westgate, West Gate, Long Eaton, NG10 1EF
Salary: £15 - 16 depending on experience
48 hours per week | Permanent (Part-time role can be considered for the right candidate)

About Us
Westgate is a vibrant, independently owned venue combining a busy café (Cleaver Cafe & Bar), stylish restaurant (The Butchers), and a popular events space (The Westgate Suites). Since new ownership in June 2024, we’ve focused on building a strong team and elevating our food offer across all parts of the business.
What We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Chef de Partie who is eager to learn, dependable in service, and ready to take ownership of a section. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef, contributing to a high-quality, seasonal menu offering across brunch, lunch, dinner, and private events.
You will:
✔ Have experience working in a busy professional kitchen
✔ Be confident running your section and supporting junior team members
✔ Have good knowledge of modern British cuisine and seasonal produce
✔ Be reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
✔ Have a keen interest in progressing your skills and career
✔ Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
