About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Operations team and support the delivery of high-quality customer service across multiple customer contact channels.
This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving service issues, and supporting positive customer outcomes while ensuring all interactions are delivered professionally and in line with company standards and values.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing support and information relating to products and services
- Resolving customer queries and escalating complex issues where required
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
- Managing workload to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets
- Supporting positive customer experiences through professional communication and problem solving
About You
Essential requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
