Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Labourer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to construction activities. As a Labourer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of various site tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining the overall safety and appearance of work sites. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in construction while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, and general gardening to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently for various construction projects
- Perform site cleanup duties including debris removal, material transport, and organizing tools and supplies
- Carry out routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule while adhering to quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and learning
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: £125.00-£150.00 per day
