Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nail and Beauty Technician to join our vibrant team in Chelmsford. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and Builder Gel with precision and care
- Deliver a range of beauty services such as threading, waxing, and skincare treatments as required
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored advice and solutions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest standards of service
- Assist clients in selecting suitable colours, styles, and treatments to meet their preferences
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in BIAB application and various nail enhancement techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients and team members or understanding of English language
- Ability to work flexibly within salon hours, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Weekend availability is Must
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or nail technology are preferred
