Hours: Flexible, up to 16 per week | Weekend & Night Shifts

Are you confident, outgoing, and great with people? We’re looking for social, energetic individuals to join the ARRIBA ARRIBA promotional sales team, working across some of the city’s best venues.
This is a self-employed promotional role, ideal for people who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy meeting new people, and want earnings that reflect their performance.

What the Role Involves
● Engaging with guests and promoting our products in a natural, fun way
● Selling alcoholic shots and bottles to boost venue revenue
● Delivering a high standard of customer service and experience
● Creating atmosphere and keeping energy levels high
● Managing stock and handling sales transactions smoothly
● Supporting venue promotion through social media and in-person interaction

Our Recruitment Approach
We recruit in four-week cycles, designed to give both sides clarity before moving forward.
Applications open for a short period and are reviewed together.
Successful applicants are invited to a brief introductory call to discuss the role and expectations.
Candidates attend an ARRIBA recruitment day, followed by in-venue trials across a set period.
Final decisions are made at the end of the cycle, with successful candidates invited to move forward.
