The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 2 or level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our professional team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Monitor, assess, and record children’s development and progress
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Requirements
- Level 2 or level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
