Citizens Advice Wirral has secured funding to create an additional role within the leadership team for a Team Lead - Advice and Outreach. The successful candidate will line manage frontline staff and will also need to develop partnerships with local organisations in order to create referral pathways for clients who need advice and support. Citizens Advice Wirral is a local charity that supports Wirral residents by providing advice, information, casework and social prescribing services.
