Small family run Nursery seeking a Nursery Room Leader/ Deputy Nursery Manager , 4 full days a week , the role is a dual role but predominantly room based in mainly the Pre School room, however there maybe times when some office work/meetings/show arounds and management duties are required and for you step up to Nursery Manager role, when current manager is away.
Requirements;
Level 3 or above in Childcare
Recent UK Nursery experience essential, ideally some Room leader experience too
Can get to Walton-on- Thames easily for 7.45am starts
Up to date knowledge on Early Years and Safeguarding
Can motivate, support and manage staff
Confident to act as the Nursery Manager , if they are ever away.
INDVAL
Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
