HGV Class 2 Driver
Location: Nottingham NG16 3UA
Thomas Grant Recruitment are currently seeking reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client’s busy Nottingham depot.
If you have a Class 2 driving licence, hold a valid CPC, and have no more than 6 points on your licence, we’d love to hear from you.
New pass HGV C2 Drivers accepted
This role can lead to permanent for the right candidates
Role Details
- Self-loading using pallet truck
- Some handballing and key-holding responsibilities required
- Depot to depot routes as there is distance between depots
- Around 2-4 deliveries per day
- 5 Shifts per week
Start Times are
14:00 Monday to Friday Back shift
23:55 every night except Sunday as that is a 03:00am start
Pay Rates
- Days £14.69 PAYE or £16.46 holidays inclusive
- Nights £16.92 PAYE or £18.96 holidays inclusive
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Recent Class 2 driving experience preferred (newly qualified drivers considered)
- No more than 6 points for insurance purposes
- Professional and reliable attitude
