We are looking for a Senior Lead Consultant who can take full ownership of complex client engagements. You are not just managing projects—you are shaping business strategy, leading transformation programs, and guiding senior stakeholders through critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership:
Own and lead end-to-end consulting engagements, acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
Strategy Development:
Design and deliver business transformation strategies across operations, digital, and organizational change initiatives.
Project Ownership:
Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality across multiple workstreams.
Team Leadership:
Mentor consultants and analysts, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality delivery.
Problem Solving:
Break down complex business challenges into structured, actionable solutions backed by data and insight.
Stakeholder Management:
Present findings, recommendations, and strategic direction to executive-level clients with clarity and confidence.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years in management consulting, strategy, operations, or digital transformation roles, with proven leadership on client projects.
Leadership Ability:
Experience mentoring or managing consultants, analysts, or project teams.
Analytical Strength:
Strong ability to structure problems, analyze data, and develop clear business recommendations.
Communication Skills:
Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and leading client workshops.
Mindset:
You are structured, commercially aware, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Industry Exposure:
Experience in consulting, professional services, or transformation-focused environments is highly valued.
Pay: £69,420.00-£84,234.77 per year
