You'll be joining the Sinclair Group - a family-run business, now in its third generation, with over 80 years in the industry, growing year on year and a multi-brand portfolio spanning Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, SEAT, Jaguar Land Rover, Hyundai, Smart and BYD over 37 sites.

The Role
You'll be the face of one of the world's most recognised automotive brands - meeting customers, understanding what they need, building rapport and giving a world class customer experience:

Engage customers face-to-face and by phone

Match customers to the right vehicle for them

Prepare quotes and process sales orders

Build relationships that bring customers back

Work closely with our Service and Workshop teams

Develop deep product knowledge with full manufacturer support

Hit targets as part of a genuinely supportive team
Who We're Looking For

Previous sales experience - motor trade background a bonus, not essential

Confident, professional, genuine customer-first approach

A natural communicator and relationship builder

Driven by targets and results

Organised, resourceful and a good problem-solver

Full UK driving licence
