Annual salary: £57,528 - £64,750 (pro rata for part-time)
Arthur Rank Hospice Charity is looking for an inspiring and commercially minded Associate Director of Retail to lead the growth and development of our retail operation across Cambridgeshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our shops, e-commerce activity and donated goods strategy, helping to raise vital income for hospice care in our community. You will provide strategic leadership for a large retail estate, supporting paid colleagues and volunteers to deliver excellent customer experiences, strong financial performance and sustainable growth.
We are looking for someone with significant senior multi-site retail experience, strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities, lead change and motivate teams. Experience in charity retail is welcome, but not essential.

The role will be based at our Retail Hub in Pampisford and will include regular travel our retail sites across Cambridgeshire. Due to the travel requirements of the role candidates are required to hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle which can be used for work.
We welcome applications from candidates who would be interested in working the role part time (minimum 30 hours over 4 days per week) or full time (37.5 hours per week).
