Alpha Stream Limited is looking for reliable and motivated self-employed Delivery Drivers to join our growing team, delivering parcels from the Havant delivery station.
What We Offer
- £128.70 per completed 9-hour route
- £154.44 including VAT for VAT-registered drivers
- £5–£20 daily performance and safety bonuses, subject to results
- Company van, fuel card and insurance provided at no cost
- Weekly payments every Friday, two weeks in arrears

Shift Pattern
- Approximately 9-hour routes
- Start time around 11:00 AM
- Options for 4–6 days per week
- Weekend work available
Main Responsibilities
- Safely deliver parcels to homes and businesses
- Follow the planned route using the delivery app
- Provide a professional and friendly customer experience
- Handle parcels carefully and follow all delivery procedures
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks
Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to pass the required background check
- Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
- Comfortable driving a van and working independently
- Able to safely handle and deliver parcels throughout the shift
- Previous delivery experience is helpful but not essential
