We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly team, providing high-quality care across weekends.

About the Role
As a Weekend Care Assistant, you'll travel between people's homes, providing personalised care and support that helps them continue living independently.
No two visits are the same, making every day rewarding and varied.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Prompting or administering medication (where trained)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working closely with the wider domiciliary care team

✔ Can work confidently on their own as well as part of a team
✔ Can commit to regular weekend working
✔ Wants to make a genuine difference every day
Previous domiciliary care experience is desirable but not essential. Applicants with experience in residential care, healthcare or other caring roles are also encouraged to apply.
A QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a community-based role supporting people in their own homes across the local area.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the nature of domiciliary care.
All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
