In 2026, we marked a new era for CreatorFest - a bold reimagining of how the creator economy comes together for a summer festival in a brand new home. Building across the incredible momentum of the last two years - and the soaring growth across the industry - we built the ultimate playground for nearly 2,000 of The UK & Europe’s boldest creators, extending the festival across two days to allow for even more collaboration, inspiration, and creativity.
Our mission is simple: to bring together a thriving ecosystem of creators, platforms, brands, and marketing leaders, to inspire them to think bigger, bolder, and to build meaningful connections that last long beyond the event.
CreatorFest is taking the influencer economy off your screens and into the real world - building a shared experience with peers through immersive experience suites, brand activations, and creative labs.
You’ll work alongside our other Senior Events Manager, who leads PI Live. This is a genuine two-person events team and we expect you to operate exactly as that - collaborating, cross-covering, sharing knowledge, and backing each other. The events are different, the audiences have some overlap, and the team mentality is everything.

Community Events
- Planning and delivering a programme of smaller events throughout the year for the creator community
- Using community events to deepen relationships with our audience between the big shows

- Keeping stakeholders informed and decisions moving at pace
Collaboration
- Working closely with our marketing team on show assets, partner branding, signage, and on-site content
- Working with our ops team on registration flows, the event app, and attendee experience

- Great supplier relationships and solid negotiation skills
- A feel for atmosphere and experience - you know what makes an event feel alive and what makes a community feel seen
- A genuine team player - collaborative, low-ego, and as invested in your colleague’s events as your own
- Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused when things don’t go to plan on-site
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bristol
