WeRChristmas are an ever-growing online retailer based in Southport! We are searching for dedicated, friendly and customer service focused individuals to join our team over the Christmas period (September - January).
The role:
This role is based within our customer service team and requires great customer service skills as you will be dealing with inbound customer queries via email and webchat
· As a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be a friendly people person with technical flair and a passion for delivering exceptional standards of customer care.
· You will be responsible for dealing with customers via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls.
· Take ownership of queries and complaints, seeking to answer and resolve issues in an efficient and positive manner.
· You will be professional and more than happy to go the extra mile for new and existing customers.
· You will be responsible for booking, managing and monitoring customer deliveries and returns.
Experience/Skills
· You are expected to have good use of grammar and excellent spelling and written English
· You should have previous Customer Service experience – although on the job support and training is given.
· Must be a strong and confident communicator.
· You should be capable of applying Customer Service policies and procedures to queries in a consistent manner.
· You should be organised and able to deal with multiple incoming queries concurrently.

· Overtime available paid at normal hourly rate.
Pay
· Day Shift 8am- 5pm
Age 18 to 20 - £10 per/hr
Age 21 or over - £12 per/hr
· Late Shift 12pm – Finish (9pm earliest)
Age 18 to 20 - £11.50 per/hr
Age 21 or over - £13.50 per/hr
· Weekends
Age 18 to 20 - £11.50 per/hr
Age 21 or over - £13.50 per/hr
Alternative shifts available but we do require a minimum of 30 hours per week.
