LiDR is looking for operatives to work in our factory or on one of our installation sites!
The role is initially short term but with the potential of a permanent role for the right candidate. This a varied role which could see you work in different areas of the factory depending on the needs of the business, or out on site on a variety of projects.

Job could include:
- General labouring
- Assembling furniture
- Paint spraying
- Operating CNC machines
- Assisting with deliveries and unloading
- Any other general factory roles
- Assisting installers on site
- Staying in hotels out of the area for some projects
Training will be provided for each task, but if you have any experience in any of these areas, or any other relevant qualifications (e.g FLT licence) we’d love to hear from you.
Individual needs to be:
- Hardworking
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Motivated to work in a fast paced and varied environment
- Willing to learn
- Able to carry out physically manual tasks
- Also need to possess a valid CSCS card for site work
Overtime available at busy times at time and a half.
Standard hours Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm
Parking available on site.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
